• Medical Terminology is required.
• Vital Signs is required.
• Current BLS Certification is required.
• Experience using an EMR system is required.
• One+ year outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take medical histories and explain procedures.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist clinicians during exams.

This role combines administrative precision with clinical proficiency, requiring the assistant to manage patient flow, document medical histories within Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and perform diagnostic tests specific to urological health.
