First Urology is seeking a Medical Assistant to act as a bridge between patients and clinicians in a busy outpatient urology clinic in Jeffersonville, IN. You will manage patient flow, document histories in EMR, perform selected clinical tasks, and support the team during examinations.
The role requires strong medical terminology, vital signs, and EMR experience; BLS certification is required. Certification from AAMA or RMA is preferred.

A Medical Assistant (MA) at First Urology serves as a critical intermediary between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring the efficient operation of a specialized urological clinical environment. This role combines administrative precision with clinical proficiency, requiring the assistant to manage patient flow, document medical histories within Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and perform diagnostic tests specific to urological health. Certification is preferred but not required.
