ALIGN ENT AND ALLERGY is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant for a full-time, in-person position. The role supports physicians with patient examinations and essential administrative tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Prior work experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Knowledge of ENT/Allergy/Asthma is desired but not required.
• Familiarity with basic life support (BLS) protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Proficiency in EHR systems for effective patient documentation.
• Understanding of anatomy and physiology to assist in patient assessments effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Perform intake assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting patient history.
• Administer medications as directed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with medical coding standards (ICD coding).
• Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and coordinating referrals.
