Optima Medical Ltd in Lake Havasu City, AZ is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-focused care team. You will record vital signs, assist with exams, and support scheduling and charting to ensure smooth clinic operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of MA experience, EMR proficiency (eClinicalWorks preferred), and CMA or Medical Assistant Diploma. We offer growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of clinical work experience as a Medical Assistant.
• At least 1 year of EMR experience; eClinicalWorks preferred.
• High level of professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Medical Assistant Course Completion Diploma or CMA designation required.

Responsabilités

• Record patient information such as vital signs, weight, and changes in medical history
• Clean and prepare exam rooms prior to/following patient appointments.
• Able to perform various medical procedures such as EKG, PFT, Ear Lavage etc.
• Administer injections and take blood draws.
• Assist with patient scheduling, follow up, and provider charting as needed.
