Job summary

Optima Medical Ltd in Arizona is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinical teams across multiple locations. You will record vitals, prepare exam rooms, and assist with procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of MA experience, EMR proficiency (eClinicalWorks preferred), and holds a Medical Assistant diploma or CMA. This role offers a fast-paced, patient-focused environment with growth potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical work experience as a Medical Assistant.
• 1+ year of EMR experience; eClinicalWorks preferred.
• High level of professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Medical Assistant Course Completion Diploma or CMA designation required.

Responsibilities

• Record patient information such as vital signs, weight, and changes in medical history.
• Clean and prepare exam rooms prior to/following patient appointments.
• Able to perform various medical procedures such as EKG, PFT, Ear Lavage etc.
• Administer injections and take blood draws.
• Assist with patient scheduling, follow up, and provider charting as needed.
