Job Summary and Qualifications

Full-time (Monday - Friday, days), no nights, weekends, or holidays. We seek a Medical Assistant to provide clinical expertise, ensuring high-quality, efficient patient care. We support each other as a team and value your dedication to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams and treatments, including history-taking and vital signs.
• Set up exam rooms, sterilize equipment, and maintain supplies.
• Administer injections, assist with lab testing and phlebotomy.
• Assist physicians with minor surgeries and physicals.
• Answer calls and screen referrals.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program, or 12 months of clinical care experience, or current Medical Assistant certification.
• Candidates with one year of medical work without certification must obtain certification within one year of hire.
• Recent graduates from Medical Assisting programs will obtain certification within 60 days.
• Active and unrevoked RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, or NCRMA certification is preferred.
