Frontier Dermatology invites skilled professionals to join our dermatology team as a Medical Assistant. This role supports providers in procedures, rooms patients, educates patients, and handles daily tasks in a fast-paced clinic setting.

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or hold MA certification.

• Overview: Do you enjoy assisting providers in procedures, learning all about a specific specialty, and getting to do a variety of tasks in a clinic setting? Join our team as a dermatology Medical Assistant!
• Job Title: Medical Assistant
• Location: Gresham primary location, must be open to travel to Portland to support other clinics within district if needed (mileage reimbursed)
• Typical Schedule: Varied Mondays - Thursdays, 7:30am - 5:00pm

Qualifications:

• Must either be a graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program, a Certified or Registered MA, or a Certified Derm Tech
• HS Diploma, GED; and 1-3 months related healthcare experience or trade school equivalent
• Our medical assistants must be comfortable in a fast paced environment; some MA duties include rooming patients, assisting providers in procedures, patient education, and daily patient tasks
• Our medical assistants must have exceptional customer service skills, be highly organized, and very detail oriented. See our mission below!
