Job summary

Frontier Dermatology is hiring a Medical Assistant in Edmonds, WA with travel to Seattle as needed. Typical schedule is Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm. Wage range is $22.00–$31.00 hourly, pay dependent on experience, skills, and market factors.

Eligible candidates must be Certified or Registered Medical Assistants through WA State DOH, hold an HS diploma or GED, and have 1–3 months healthcare experience or a trade school equivalent. Join our team focused on quality care and patient education.

Qualifications

• Must be Certified or Registered as a Medical Assistant through WA State Dept of Health
• HS Diploma, GED; and 1–3 months related healthcare experience or trade school equivalent
• Our medical assistants must be comfortable in a fast paced environment; duties include rooming patients, assisting providers in procedures, patient education, and daily patient tasks
• Our medical assistants must have exceptional customer service skills, be highly organized, and very detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare for procedures.
• Assist providers during dermatology procedures.
• Educate patients and handle daily patient tasks.

• Wage Range MA: $22.00 – $31.00 hourly (Pay is dependent upon a combination of multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, transferable skills, business needs, and geographic market availability)
