Job summary

Bookmark Medical is seeking a qualified Medical Assistant for a full-time, clinic-based role in Glendale, AZ. You will welcome patients, take vitals, update histories, and assist providers during exams while maintaining accurate EHR documentation.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with 10-hour shifts and weekend off, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, an HSA plan, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, and certification reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Accredited MA training or equivalent experience.
• MA certification.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams.
• Perform point of care testing and administer vaccines under supervision.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
• Support patient education, follow ups, and clear communication.
• Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines.

Schedule

This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• 10-hour shifts with lunch break (4x10 hour shifts)
• Clinics are closed on weekends - no Saturday or Sunday shifts
