Bookmark Medical is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our patient-centered team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will welcome patients, take vitals, support providers, and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR to ensure smooth visits.

Qualifications

• Accredited Medical Assistant training or equivalent experience.
• Certification as MA or willingness to obtain (reimbursement provided).
• 1+ year healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams.
• Perform point of care testing and administer vaccines under supervision.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
• Support patient education, follow ups, and clear communication.
• Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines.
