Job summary

Bookmark Medical in Foxborough, MA is seeking a certified Medical Assistant for a full-time clinic-based role, 30+ hours per week, Monday through Friday. You will greet patients, take vitals, update histories, and assist providers during exams.

Schedule

This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
• Clinics are closed on weekends — no Saturday or Sunday shifts

What You Will Do

• Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism
• Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams
• Perform point of care testing and administer vaccines under supervision
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
• Support patient education, follow ups, and clear communication
• Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines

What You Bring
