Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking Front or Back Office Medical Assistants, Medical Receptionists, Medical Billers and Referral Coordinators with experience in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics or Oncology. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

This temp-to-hire role pays $21.00-$24.00 per hour based on experience and requires 1–2+ years in the medical field. Responsibilities include insurance verification, patient rooming, immunizations, scheduling, EMR use, and billing.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in the medical field.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Temporary to hire position with pay depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility for patients.
• Room patients and obtain vitals.
• Administer immunizations/injections.
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals.
• Perform in-office procedures and labs.
• Maintain EMR documentation and records.
• Process billing and receipt of documents.
• Review voicemails, reminders, and emails daily.
