AHN in Beaver Falls, PA, is hiring full-time Medical Assistants to support office operations Monday–Friday with daylight hours. The role includes front-desk duties, basic clinical tasks under supervision, and coordinating patient flow.
Eligible applicants who graduate high school and have CPR certification; a Medical Assistant diploma or degree and about 1 year of healthcare experience are preferred. A signing bonus of up to $1,000 is offered.

Office Location: HVMG Trinity - Chippewa, Beaver Falls, PA 15010, USA
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, primarily daylight hours
Responsible for performing multiple day-to-day administrative and clinical functions to support the operations of the office including greeting and checking in/checking out patients, verifying insurance coverage, reviewing patient registration, answering telephones, taking and returning messages, scheduling and/or confirming appointments. Rooms patients, collects vital signs and patient history, collects specimens and may administer injections and medications as directed by provider in addition to other clinical tasks. Serves as a liaison between providers, physician offices, medical facilities and customers.
High School graduate or equivalent. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of communication procedures, typing and computer skills. CPR Certification. Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.
Medical Assistant diploma or degree program. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a health care organization or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in venipuncture.
