Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of medical accounts receivable experience and terminology knowledge.
• Ability to research billing discrepancies and resolve outstanding balances.

• Research issues impeding collections and develop resolutions.
• Maintain up-to-date payers billing requirements and services.
• Reconcile AR subsidiaries to the general ledger.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients with billing issues.
