Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries regarding online and in-office scheduling.
• Obtain pre-authorization from insurers within required timeframes.
• Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and requirements with carriers.
• Document communications and update patient records in EMR and scheduling systems.
• Educate patients on preauthorization processes and coverage information.
• Contribute to Performance Improvement activities and team communications.
