Job summary

Volga Partners is seeking Medical AI Evaluators who are currently pursuing medical education or completing supervised clinical training in General Practice, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, NP, or PA pathways. You will evaluate AI interpretations of medical scenarios and provide structured feedback to improve AI model accuracy.

This remote, project-based contractor role offers hourly compensation ($15–$35/hr) based on education, training, and project requirements, with flexible assignment

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in medical degree or advanced healthcare program (3rd/4th year or equivalent).
• Clinical training or residency with relevant focus areas is preferred.
• Strong foundational medical knowledge across General Practice, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, NP or PA tracks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated medical content for accuracy and clinical relevance.
• Assess AI-driven differential diagnoses and explanations for medical soundness.
• Identify factual errors, missing considerations, and safety concerns in AI outputs.
• Research medical literature and guidelines to validate findings and provide evidence-based feedback.
• Analyze hypothetical patient cases to evaluate AI interpretation and reasoning.
• Follow project rubrics and deliver independent evaluations on DataCompute platform.
