Job summary

Prolific is seeking Medical Doctors to train and evaluate AI models. You’ll review AI-generated clinical responses, rate accuracy, and justify selections. Successful candidates complete a quick test and may join the expert pool to be paid per AI task.

This role offers flexible hours, the ability to work from home, and compensation typically ranging from $80 to $150 per hour, depending on experience and task complexity. You’ll need a current medical license and reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Must hold a verified medical license/registration; board certification or equivalent.
• Recent clinical experience and comfort in evaluating clinical reasoning.
• Willingness to complete a short screener to join the Domain Expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality.
• Compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short.
