Job summary

Prolific is seeking Medical Doctors to train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models from home. If selected, you’ll join as a Domain Expert participant and get paid to train and evaluate models.

Researchers pay $80-$150/hr per AI task, typically requiring about one hour of uninterrupted work; many tasks may be shorter. You’ll complete a quick screener to join the pool and must have a valid medical license, recent clinical experience, and a reliable internet connection.

Qualifications

• Verified status as a medical doctor with current license/registration.
• Recent clinical experience and ability to evaluate clinical reasoning.
• Willingness to complete a short screener to join Domain Expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour.
• Reliable, fast internet and access to a computer.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rating them for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality.
• Comparing multiple model answers and selecting/justifying the best response.
• Writing improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short.
