Job summary

Prolific is seeking Medical Doctors to help train and evaluate AI models. You will review AI-generated clinical scenarios, rate accuracy and safety, and justify the best responses. Successful candidates join Prolific as Domain Expert participants and can earn by completing paid AI tasks.

Pay ranges from $80 to $150 per hour depending on skills and experience, with tasks typically requiring about one hour. The role offers flexible hours and the option to work from home.

Qualifications

• Verified status as a medical doctor (license/registration)
• Recent clinical experience and comfort evaluating clinical reasoning
• Willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener to join our Domain Expert pool
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour
• A reliable, fast internet connection and access to a computer
• Willingness to self‑declare earnings (participants are self‑employed)
• A PayPal account to receive payments from clients

Responsibilities

• Reviewing AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rating them for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality
• Comparing multiple model answers and selecting/justifying the best response
• Writing improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short
