The role demands 5+ years in project management within biopharma or life sciences, expertise in Lean/Six Sigma/Agile, and the ability to translate data into executive insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.
• 5+ years in project management, operations, reporting, and performance management in biopharma/life sciences.
• Experience supporting medical affairs and pre-commercial or early commercial biotech/pharma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional medical planning and execution for launch readiness sub-teams and evidence plans.
• Define medical workstreams for launches, indications, and lifecycle management.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and governance to monitor progress and risks.
