This hybrid role combines strategic medical affairs leadership with hands-on launch readiness for early pipeline products. You will develop and execute the Integrated Medical Affairs Plan (iMAP), shape TPP and PRO assessments, and lead cross-functional collaborations with Clinical Development, Commercial, HEOR, Market Access, and Regulatory Affairs.

Qualifications

• MDisrequired.
• 5+ years of pharma medical affairs experience in HQ and field roles preferred.
• Therapeutic Areas: Oncology/Immunology.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Integrated Medical Affairs Plan (iMAP) and execute on medical affairs tactics aligned with product development and Launch strategy.
• Provide active contributions into Target Product Profile (TPP), PRO assessments and study designs / endpoints.
• Strategically work cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Commercial, HEOR, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Patient Advocacy, TOE, TPC and global teams.
• Develop Real world Evidence generation capability for regulatory submission and post Launch assessments.
• Review IIST proposals, Real world study protocols and research grants.
• Develop and facilitate MFT training; provide medical input for communications and publications.
• Deliver scientific presentations to physicians, pharmacists, marketing/medical agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Partner with global thought leaders to address unmet needs in early therapeutic areas.
