Job summary

Riko is a Manhattan-based medical aesthetics clinic seeking an engaging front-desk host to welcome patients and manage daily operations. The role focuses on creating a warm, welcoming brand community and smooth patient flow.

Full-time or part-time positions are available, with hours from 10AM to 7PM on weekdays and 10AM to 6PM on weekends. Compensation ranges from $72k–$80k annually for full-time, plus benefits such as health insurance, PTO and a 401k match.

• Interest in medical aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage patients as the first point of contact.
• Build a warm and welcoming brand community.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Take on one of administrative responsibilities 1 or 2 days a week, such as merchandising, accounting, marketing or inventory management.
