Job summary

Riko is a Manhattan-based medical aesthetics clinic seeking an engaging front-desk host to welcome patients and manage daily operations. The role focuses on creating a warm, welcoming brand community and smooth patient flow.

Full-time or part-time positions are available, with hours from 10AM to 7PM on weekdays and 10AM to 6PM on weekends. Compensation ranges from $72k–$80k annually for full-time, plus benefits such as health insurance, PTO and a 401k match.

Riko is a medical aesthetics clinic offering minimally invasive treatments, including injectables, laser treatments, and body contouring. Inspired by Korean aesthetics, we focus on natural-looking results and anyone seeking thoughtful, personalized care in New York City.

We currently operate a clinic in Midtown Manhattan and are preparing to open a second location in SoHo. Our patients include New York City professionals and visitors from across the U.S. seeking high-quality medical aesthetic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage patients as the first point of contact
• Build a warm and welcoming brand community
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth patient flow
• Take on one of administrative responsibilities 1 or 2 days a week, such as merchandising, accounting, marketing or inventory management.

• A strong interest in medical aesthetics

Schedule

• Full-time: 4 or 5 days per week, including one weekend day
• Part-time: 1 - 3 days per week, scheduled on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday
• Work hours: 10AM – 7PM (Week day), 10AM – 6PM (Weekend)

Compensation

• Full-time: $ 72,000 – $ 80,000 (annually)
• Part-time: $ 30 (per hour)
• Full-time compensation assumes a five-day workweek. The salary is prorated for staff who work four days a week
