Qualifikationen

• AHIMA certification or Medical Assistant program recognition
• HIPAA certification is preferred

• Provide admin, clerical, and customer service support for healthcare operations
• Assist in inspections and assessments preparations
• Prepare, transmit, and maintain correspondence and reports
• Support screening and routine clinical operations

• File notes and reports
• Process documentation
• Assist with referrals, appointments, and claims
