Job summary

The Ascendancy Group LTD seeks a Dive Medical Administrative and Readiness Support Specialist to provide on-site medical-administration, readiness-tracking, patient coordination, and records-management for the U.S. Naval Special Warfare Fleet Integration Team in Virginia Beach, VA. You will support the command Medical Department in a high-accountability environment.

An active U.S. Government Secret clearance is required before start and must be maintained.

Qualifications

• Active knowledge of HIPAA, privacy, and medical-record procedures.
• Minimum five years in medical administration or readiness support.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and coordinate patient care.
• U.S. citizen with readiness for government-security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site medical-readiness support and records management.
• Maintain logs, do scheduling, referrals, and clinical documentation.
• Track immunizations, exams, and readiness indicators for NSW FIT.
• Prepare correspondence and reports while safeguarding PII/PHI.
