You will provide face-to-face and telephone support, explain managed care options, and guide members through the enrollment process while upholding CAC certification and quality service

Qualifications

• Experience helping Medicaid recipients or similar populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex health plan options clearly.
• Willingness to obtain CAC certification and maintain it.
