Job summary

The QA Manager will verify test coverage, support UAT, and communicate progress to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of compliant test results for MMIS/MES modules.

Qualifications

• Experience with a large Scale Medicaid Member Eligibility Processing Software - Required 15 years
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT and End2End Testing on large projects - Required 10 years
• Test data preparation, test case execution, defect tracking and metrics reporting - Required 10 years
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences - Required 15 years
• Executive/Management reporting and presentations - Required 10 years
• Experience with Mainframes - Required 10 years
• Experience in Data Analysis - Required 10 years
• Meeting facilitation - Required 10 years
• Knowledge of programming logic - Required 10 years
• Experience collaborating with vendors, SI's, and multidisciplinary teams - Required 10 years
• Teradata - Desired 1 year

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SIT/UAT/E2E testing across MMIS and MES modules with multiple vendors.
• Lead defect triage calls and track defects to closure.
• Develop test cases, test data, and verify software changes.
• Report UAT results, metrics, and test summaries to stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between developers and business users to resolve issues.
• Ensure QA documentation and standards are followed throughout the project.
