Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking a Systems Analyst/QA Manager to lead all QA activities for the HR1 Medicaid project. You will design test strategy, plan, and execute testing across SIT, UAT, and E2E processes, coordinating with state agencies, business teams, and vendors.

You will manage defect triage, ensure data integrity, and drive QA documentation and readiness reviews. Strong communication with multiple stakeholders is essential for project success.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading SIT, UAT, and E2E testing for large-scale Medicaid systems.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple agencies and external vendors.
• Strong defect management and data integrity validation.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders across departments.
• Experience with mainframes is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all QA activities for the HR1 Medicaid project, including SIT/UAT/E2E testing oversight.
• Design the overall test strategy, plan, execute, and report testing results.
• Coordinate testing with business teams, vendors, and agencies; support UAT and traceability.
• Maintain defect management processes and ensure timely defect closure.
• Validate data integrity across systems and ensure QA documentation standards.
