Job summary

V Group Inc. seeks a Sr. QA Analyst for the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services HR1 Medicaid project. The role leads QA across SIT/UAT/E2E, ensuring compliance with state Medicaid requirements while coordinating with state agencies, business teams and vendors.

Qualifications

Experience with large-scale Medicaid eligibility processing software.
Coordination of SIT, UAT and End2End testing activities on big projects.
Experience in test scenario development, data prep, test case execution and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

Coordinate testing with business teams to obtain user scenarios and test cases, organize meetings, support UAT and ensure coverage and traceability.
Manage defect triage calls with multiple vendors and track defects to closure.
Develop test cases and data, verify software changes, and liaise between developers and business users.
Communicate and report to stakeholders about UAT results, test readiness, and execution metrics.
Escalate and track UAT defects through resolution; ensure timely QA delivery and data integrity.
