Job summary

Accylerate, LLC. in Richmond, VA is seeking a QA Manager/Systems Analyst to lead all QA activities for the HR1 Medicaid project.

The role coordinates with state agencies, business teams, and external vendors, managing the full testing lifecycle from strategy to E2E testing. The ideal candidate will have experience with SIT, UAT, E2E for Medicaid MES/MMIS modules, mainframes, Teradata queries, and strong communication and reporting skills for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Mainframes
• Experience with a large Scale Medicaid Member Eligibility Processing Software
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT and End2End Testing on large projects
• Test data preparation, test case creation, defect tracking, and metrics reporting

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing with business teams to obtain user scenarios and test cases, organize meetings, support UAT, ensure coverage and traceability, maintain defect management processes, validate data integrity across systems, ensure QA documentation and standards, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Own System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End2End Testing (E2E) for MMIS and MES modules, including COTS applications and data conversion/integration.
• Develop test cases and test data, verify software changes, and liaise between developers and business users to resolve issues.
• Communicate and report testing progress and results to stakeholders, including test summaries and execution metrics.
• Escalate and track UAT defects to resolution and maintain historical testing information.
• Meet deadlines with integrity, professionalism, customer service and motivation.
