Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Medicaid Provider Data Coordinator to support provider data services, assignments, and reporting within the Network Operations-Intake team. You will coordinate data tasks, triage workflow, and track production timelines while collaborating with analysts and management.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of QNXT/provider data experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to lead collaboration sessions and document outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience with QNXT or provider data services systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions and take detailed notes.

Responsibilities

• Support provider data services, including data assignments and claim pend tasks.
• Coordinate and lead Network Operations-Intake and triage work streams.
• Lead work assignments and monitor department production and turnaround times with the manager.
• Take detailed notes from collaboration sessions and share across analysts.
