You will coordinate work across Network Operations-Intake and triage, provider data assignments, and claim pend tasks, while leading work assignments and collaborating with the manager on production targets.

• QNXT Experience Required.
• 3 Years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions.
• Take detailed notes to shared with in across analyst.
• General understanding and skills in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and triage activities across Network Operations and provider data assignments.
• Manage and assign provider data tasks and claim pend work.
• Lead work assignments and collaborate with the manager to meet department turnaround times.
• Support reporting activities and data extraction as needed.
