Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Medicaid provider management team. The role focuses on assignments, reporting, project management, and coordination across intake and triage, ensuring timely processing of provider data and related tasks.

You will lead work assignments, collaborate with the manager on production targets, and help drive accuracy and efficiency across the department.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions and take detailed notes for distribution.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicaid provider management team with assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities.
• Coordinate work across Network Operations - Intake and triage, provider data assignments, claim pend assignments.
• Lead for work assignments and collaborate with manager on department production and turnaround times.
