The role emphasizes collaboration with the manager on production targets and turn-around times, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Formación

• QNXT experience required.
• 3+ years of experience with Provider Data Services systems and other end-user applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions.
• Take detailed notes to share with across analysts.
• General understanding and skills in PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate intake, triage and work assignments for Network Operations-Intake.
• Assign provider data tasks and monitor turnaround times.
• Collaborate with manager on department production and deadlines.
