Aufgaben

• Support Medicaid provider management tasks across intake, triage, and assignments.
• Coordinate and report on provider data assignments and pendings.
• Lead work assignments and coordinate with the manager on department production and turnaround times.
• Collaborate across analysts and teams to ensure timely delivery of reporting.
• Document processes and share notes with cross-functional stakeholders.
