Responsibilities

• Support the Medicaid provider management team with assignment, reporting, project management and non-production activities.
• Coordinate and collaborate across Network Operations-Intake, triage, provider data assignments and claim pend assignments.
• Lead work assignments and coordinate with the manager on production and turnaround times.
