BerryDunn is seeking a Staff Consultant - Project Coordinator to join the Medicaid Practice Group. You will support meeting preparation, notes, and project deliverables while maintaining the SharePoint site and logs. Travel up to 25% and collaboration with leaders will be key to your growth and success.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with the aim of delivering high-quality client services.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/MS degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a professional work setting.
• Understanding of Medicaid, HHS, and IT concepts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, positive attitude with good time management.
• Experience with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination support to the Medicaid Practice Group.
• Take meeting notes, prepare agendas, and track action items and risks.
• Support development of project deliverables and PowerPoint presentations.
• Maintain the project SharePoint site and related logs.
• Coordinate team and client meetings and assist with communications.
• Travel up to 25% as client needs arise and ensure quality standards.
