Job summary

NTT DATA North America invites applications for a Medicaid Program Manager in Montgomery, Alabama. The role focuses on the successful cutover and modernization of an MMIS to cloud, overseeing the cohort project health and leading a team across vendor partners.

The PMO ensures program quality, governance, and timely delivery of milestones. The candidate will coordinate with business partners and vendors, manage procurement activities, and contribute to program plans and integrated project plans

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience running multiple concurrent projects.
• 6+ years of Medicaid systems or operations project management experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing projects in their assigned area.
• 3–5 years of experience managing multi-vendor projects.
• 2–4 years of experience with certification and CMS procurement requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for the vendor/cohort.
• Maintain health and quality of the vendor/cohort project.
• Keep all phases on time and on track.
• Oversee daily activities and manage assignments and performance.
• Develop and monitor project schedule, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify, manage, and report project risks and issues.
• Assess project deliverables and PMO processes for effectiveness.
