Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Systems Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of MMIS systems, ensuring efficiency, security, and alignment with business goals.

This role is onsite and contingent upon government contract award, with potential start dates depending on funding and approvals. Ideal candidates bring extensive Medicaid MMIS experience and proven leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of supervisory experience in Medicaid systems design, development, and implementation (DDI).
• Eight (8) years of recent experience managing DDI work within multiple functional areas of an MMIS.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical contact with the client.
• Day-to-day liaison with the client.
• Hire and train system maintenance and modification staff.
• Develop and manage procedures for routine maintenance.
• Required as key personnel through the term of the contract.
