Jobgether SRL seeks a Staff Consultant, Medicaid to support state Medicaid programs across the United States. The role focuses on APD development, bid procurement, and related advisory services for government agencies.

The position is remote, nationwide, with travel to client sites as needed. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience, strong writing, research, and project coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years of applicable professional experience in lieu of the degree requirement.
• Experience developing clear, professional written materials such as reports or proposals.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop APD narratives, budget documentation, and CMS submission materials.
• Support OBP procurement planning and documentation.
• Conduct Medicaid research and translate findings into client outputs.
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and project teams.
• Track action items, risks, and milestones to keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, and client-facing materials.
