Job summary

Agency for Health Care Administration in Florida is seeking a Program Consultant to shape the Medicaid program through policy development, research, and data analysis. You will contribute to drafting and revising program policies, and support statewide training and communication across agencies.

This role requires strong analytical abilities, project leadership, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. It is located in the Bureau of Medicaid Policy and is not a remote position.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience in program planning, research, and evaluation.
• Three years of professional experience with systems and management analysis.
• Three years of professional experience implementing and managing complex projects.
• Three years of professional experience serving as a lead or assistant on a major research project.

Responsibilities

• Provide policy development, planning, and coordination to ensure programs meet goals and laws.
• Develop language for Medicaid federal authorities and coordinate planning materials.
• Track and monitor the routing, approval, and implementation of federal policies.
• Provide technical assistance and data presentation to support agency goals.
