The State of Georgia's Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities seeks a Director of the Office of Medicaid Coordination to lead Medicaid policy, financing, and program development across IDD and behavioral health services.

In this role you will shape State Plan amendments, waivers, and rate studies; supervise budget and program staff; and coordinate with DCH and other agencies to maximize federal reimbursement and ensure compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in one of the fields listed for preferred qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or related field with five or more years in a managerial or supervisory role; or nine years of related professional experience with five years in a managerial role.

Responsabilités

• Direct Medicaid policy development and implementation for IDD services and the Community Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services.
• Oversee Medicaid rate studies and reimbursement methodology development.
• Monitor program operations and quality across Medicaid policy and financing initiatives.
