Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6 years professional experience in lieu of the degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and return calls from the Patient Access and Interoperability queue.
  • Investigate, document, and report claim issues and discrepancies for members.
  • Assist recipients with accessing third-party applications sharing Louisiana Medicaid recipient information.
  • Review member-facing documentation and webpages for accuracy in reporting education materials.
  • Consult API custodian (Gainwell Technologies) and escalate technical issues to 2nd Tier Call Center.
  • Assist the Interoperability Interface team as needed.
  • Support senior managers with special projects and other duties.
