Qualifications

10+ years collaborating with vendors, system integrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
10+ years experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or equivalent).
Experience designing or supporting large-scale healthcare or government IT systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical lead for a new Fiscal Agent Services (FAS) solution that supports the Medicaid enterprise system.
Oversee and guide the technical implementation of a new MES module.
Ensure solutions align with CMS guidelines, MITA maturity goals, interoperability standards, and modular system requirements.
Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and policies.
Provide architectural guidance for system interfaces, data exchange, APIs, security models, and cloud adoption strategies.
