Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience collaborating with vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
• 10+ years of considerable experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, equivalent).
• 10+ years of experience designing or supporting large-scale healthcare or government IT systems.
• 10+ years of strong understanding of MITA framework and federal interoperability requirements.
• 10+ years of considerable knowledge of emerging and traditional technologies.
• 10+ years of considerable knowledge of databases, ETL tools, and legacy programming.
• 10+ years of knowledge of enterprise integration, service-oriented architecture, and modular system design.
• 8+ years of prior work with MMIS or MES.
• 8+ years of relevant certifications such as AWS/Azure Architect.
• 8+ years of experience in state government or public sector consulting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical implementation of a new Fiscal Agent Services module.
• Ensure solutions align with CMS guidelines and federal requirements.
• Lead architectural reviews and assess solution implementations.
• Evaluate system integration needs across various modules.
• Provide architectural guidance for system interfaces and data exchange standards.
• Develop architectural artifacts like integration patterns and technical roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams for compliance.
• Participate in governance processes and review change requests.
