10+ years of considerable experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, equivalent).
10+ years of experience designing or supporting large-scale healthcare or government IT systems.
10+ years of strong understanding of MITA framework and federal interoperability requirements.
10+ years of considerable knowledge of emerging and traditional technologies.
10+ years of considerable knowledge of databases, ETL tools, and legacy programming.
10+ years of knowledge of enterprise integration, service-oriented architecture, and modular system design.
8+ years of prior work with MMIS or MES.
8+ years of relevant certifications such as AWS/Azure Architect.
8+ years of experience in state government or public sector consulting.
Responsibilities
Oversee technical implementation of a new Fiscal Agent Services module.
Ensure solutions align with CMS guidelines and federal requirements.
Lead architectural reviews and assess solution implementations.
Evaluate system integration needs across various modules.
Provide architectural guidance for system interfaces and data exchange standards.
Develop architectural artifacts like integration patterns and technical roadmaps.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams for compliance.
Participate in governance processes and review change requests.
Provide leadership to project teams and external partners.
