Responsibilities

• Mentor staff, review workloads, and ensure accurate case management.
• Maintain case action and management for vacant caseloads and extended leaves.
• Conduct quality reviews of staff casework to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Build relationships with facilities, attorneys, and external partners.
• Serve as a local hearing officer for Adult Medicaid cases as needed.
• Engage families and caregivers with information and resource guidance.
