Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for required program experience.
• Proficiency with basic math and standard computer tools required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Determine/re-determine Medicaid eligibility according to policies and procedures.
• Collect and evaluate documentation from applicants to determine eligibility.
• Complete all eligibility determinations, reviews, and changes accurately and timely.
• Maintain notes and records in the system and follow escalation procedures.
• Attend mandatory trainings and perform duties in office as required.
