Qualifications

• High school diploma and experience in customer services, social services, human services, and/or Medicaid processing.

Responsibilities

• Determine and re-determin Medicaid eligibility according to policies and procedures.
• Collect and evaluate documentation from applicants and third parties.
• Complete eligibility determinations, reviews, and changes accurately and timely.
• Maintain clear notes and hand off to other specialists as needed.
