You will follow policies, perform timely determinations, and maintain accurate records while upholding privacy and customer service standards in a professional office setting.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer services, social services, human services, or Medicaid processing preferred.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for required experience in some cases.
• In-office role with no telecommute option; in-person work environment.

• Determine and redetermine Medicaid eligibility according to policies and procedures.
