Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and experience in customer services, social services, human services, and/or Medicaid processing.
• Bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience.
• Familiarity with computers, standard Microsoft Office software, internet browsers, and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Determine and redetermine Medicaid eligibility according to policies and procedures.
• Collect and evaluate documentation to determine individual and family eligibility.
• Complete eligibility determinations, reviews, and changes accurately and timely.
• Document notes and steps clearly for review and hand-off to others.
